📅 1. Dreptul de Retragere (14 zile) 1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In conformitate cu OUG 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor, ai dreptul sa te retragi din contractul incheiat la distanta in termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la data achizitiei, fara a fi nevoie sa justifici decizia si fara penalitati. In accordance with Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without needing to justify your decision and without penalty.

📝 2. Cum Soliciti Retragerea 2. How to Request Withdrawal

Trimite o cerere clara la Send a clear request to contact@eaea.ro , mentionand numele, data achizitiei si abonamentul/serviciul vizat. Vei primi confirmarea pe email. , stating your name, the purchase date, and the subscription/service concerned. You will receive confirmation by email.

💸 3. Rambursarea Banilor 3. Refund of Payments

• Rambursam sumele in maximum 14 zile de la primirea cererii de retragere. We refund the amounts within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the withdrawal request.
• Rambursarea se face prin aceeasi metoda de plata folosita la achizitie (stornare card prin procesatorul de plăți Stripe), fara costuri suplimentare pentru tine. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase (card reversal via the payment processor Stripe), with no additional cost to you.
• Daca ai beneficiat deja de o parte din sedinte, se poate retine contravaloarea proportionala a serviciilor prestate. If you have already attended part of the sessions, the proportional value of services already provided may be withheld.

⚠️ 4. Exceptii 4. Exceptions

Conform art. 16 din OUG 34/2014, daca ai solicitat expres inceperea serviciilor in perioada de 14 zile si serviciul a fost prestat integral, dreptul de retragere se pierde. Pentru sedinte individuale programate la o data fixa, retragerea poate fi limitata daca anularea se face cu mai putin de 24 de ore inainte. Under art. 16 of EO 34/2014, if you expressly requested the start of services within the 14-day period and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. For individual sessions scheduled on a fixed date, withdrawal may be limited if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance.

🔁 5. Anularea Abonamentului Recurent 5. Cancelling a Recurring Subscription

Poti anula reinnoirea automata a abonamentului oricand, din contul tau sau scriindu-ne la contact@eaea.ro. Anularea opreste platile viitoare; abonamentul ramane activ pana la finalul perioadei deja platite. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time, from your account or by writing to contact@eaea.ro. Cancellation stops future payments; the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
